Purpose
This subject emphasizes on the application of knowledge
and skills required for consumer behavior. It aims to
utilize the knowledge of consumer behavior to enhance
strategic marketing decision.
The sessions are conducted in a mixture of lecture and
class discussion, focusing on discussion of consumer behavior,
consumer decision making and the relationship with marketing
strategies. Presentations and case studies are used to
encourage students to contribute their views and give
critical feedback for various issues about consumer behavior
in Hong Kong.
