While companies focus thousands of dollars on external customer service, little attention was paid to the internal customer service.

  3. To establish trust with external customer for company's long-term growth and expansion

  2. Employee satisfaction and customer loyalty were tightly linked
  3. Communication with staff were essential
  4. Make sure internal customers understood their contributions to the company's business competitiveness

Mr. Chan founded the BONE advertising Ltd in 2004. Mr. Chan's expertise in creative thinking and brand communication design granted him opportunities to work with renowned clients like GOME electronics, China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd., Satay King (Holdings) Co.
