We were extremely pleased to have Mr Shao come to our Social Gathering on January 3, 2007 when he shared with the participants his 10 years’ work experience in the FMCG market and railway industry in Hong Kong.
Most participants had felt that they learned quite a lot about how to promote and execute marketing activities in the FMCG and railway markets. Price should be an extremely important element of the marketing mix by generating a turnover for KCRC that could still make a profit although its fares were regulated by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
Participants left the Social Gathering with a better understanding of both markets.
