Impetus for Police Force reviewing its approach towards public and internal staff:

• Growing prosperity of Hong Kong

The Management of Police Force reckoned that bottom-up participation is a critical success factor for implementing their policy.

In order to encourage more interaction within the workforce, following communication channels are being used:

For building a caring workforce, a "Healthy Lifestyle Programme" has been carried out. It consists of 3 main areas:
