Everyone in the audience was impressed by the inspiring and innovative ideas of Mr. Dan Choi, Assistant Postmaster General (Business Development) of Hongkong Post. Mr. Choi told the audience that Hong Kong Post has achieved an operating surplus of HK$225.9 millions in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2005 after operating as a trading fund since 1995.

Apart from exchanging views and opinions with the speaker, audience learnt a lot about the Hong Kong Post's services including Direct Mail, Heartwarming Stamps Customized Service, Gift Fulfillment Service, Direct Mail, Counter Redemption Service, Trade Declaration, PayThruPost, etc. after Mr. Choi's presentation that was extremely thought-provoking.
