July Seminar

2 CPD hours under category 10 will be accredited to attendees

Building a Caring Workforce

In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility has gained increasing awareness in both the private and public sectors. Various challenges are emanating from the society, employees and other stakeholders, whom expect organisations to demonstrate socially responsible behaviour in both local and international contexts.

Hong Kong Police Force has won the Total Caring Award organised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Come and learn how a disciplinary force create more "challenges" and "opportunities" for their stakeholders through societal marketing, which is a concept first introduced by Philip Kotler in 1984.

What would you learn:

  • Who are Police Force's internal customers?
  • How they promote their core values?
  • What did they improve?
  • What have they done to achieve the Total Caring Award?
  • How they enhance the awareness of social responsibility within the Police Force?

Who should attend:

  • Chartered Marketer and CIM members
  • Marketing & business practitioners
  • Senior and middle management
  • Business consultants
  • Anyone who would like to learn societal marketing in action
