Join entrepreneur, Harvard Business School guest lecturer, and
bestselling author, Clara Shih, for a special
session for marketers on the impact of Facebook and social media.
Approximately once a decade, a radical new technology emerges
and fundamentally changes the business landscape. Regardless
of prior competitive dynamics, businesses that understand and
adopt the technology win. Last decade it was the Internet. Today,
it is social media including Facebook and Twitter.
The Holy Grail for marketers is 100% response rate for their
campaigns. Data shows unequivocally: response rate goes up dramatically
when communication is endorsed by a friend and feels personalised.
With hyper-targeting, news feeds and retweets, Facebook and
Twitter give us the opportunity do both. Learn about the new
