Early Bird Discount
Delegates will enjoy an Early Bird Rate only if full payment is received on or before September 7, 2009 (Monday).

Confirmation of booking

  • Registration forms/payment received will be acknowledged by email or phone.
  • Reservations will only be secured upon receipt of payment.
  • In case of over-enrolment, priority will be given to those delegates who have paid the registration fee on a first-come first-served basis.

Submission of Payment

  • The registration fee is payable in advance.
  • Please send cheque payable to “The Chartered Institute of Marketing” together with a copy of the registration form to Unit 2702, Tower One, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong within three working days of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be given for cancellation but substitutions will be accepted.
  • No show will still be charged.
Adverse Weather Arrangement
Typhoon / Rainstorm Warning Signal Action to be Taken Remedial Arrangement
When Typhoon Signal No.3 or below/ Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is in force The programme will be held as scheduled
When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled before 6:00 a.m. The programme will be held as scheduled

When the Observatory hoists the following warning(s) at 6:00 a.m.

  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Warning is in force; or
  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above will be hoisted within 2 hours

 Full day programme will be cancelled Arrangements will be informed to participants as soon as possible
When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at 11:00 a.m. Afternoon Session will be cancelled Arrangements will be informed to participants as soon as possible
When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during the programme The programme will be terminated and shuttle bus will be arranged for departure (Cyberport to Admiralty) Arrangements for the remaining programme will be informed to participants as soon as possible
