Hong Kong Region is one of their four international regions in the Far East. The other three are Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

The Hong Kong Region was inaugurated on October 16, 1996 with a membership of 1,500 (including Studying Members). The mission is to increase the pride of membership and share sense of identity among members of CIM in Hong Kong.

The Regional Board is honoured to have Mr. Linus Cheung. Chairman of HKU SPACE Management Board as President and Professor Enoch Young, Director-Emeritus of HKU SPACE as Vice President. Prof. Young is joined by the following Fellows and Chartered Marketers who have made significant contributions to CIM HK as Vice Presidents:

• Ms. Alyson Mar, Trustee, The Chartererd Institute of Marketing
• Mr. S. K. Cheong, General Manager of Television Broadcasts Ltd.
• Dr. Stephen Ho, President, Ferguson International Freight Forwarders Ltd.

The current Chairman is Mr. Wilson Shao, who is also Head of Commercial & Business Development at Ngong Ping 360. At present, our membership has grown to 2,000 (including Studying Members).
